This warranty covers only the labor and workmanship performed by Revolution Diesel. If

any part or service we installed or repaired fails due to improper installation, faulty repair

technique, or defective workmanship (as determined at the sole discretion of Revolution

Diesel), we will, at our option:

• Re-perform the covered service at no charge, or

• Reinstall or repair the affected component(s) at no labor charge to the customer.

Parts replaced under this workmanship warranty will carry the remainder of the original

12-month period or 30 days, whichever is greater.

W h a t is N o t C o v e r e d

This is a workmanship-only warranty. It does not cover:

• The cost of replacement parts, fluids, filters, gaskets, seals, freight, or any materials

(these are covered only by the original parts manufacturer's warranty).

• Failures caused by abuse, neglect, accident, collision, misuse, overloading, racing,

off-road competition, or modification after leaving our facility.

• Normal wear and tear items (brake pads, clutch discs, belts, hoses, etc.).

• Consequential or incidental damages, towing, rental vehicles, downtime, lodging, or

any other e x p e n s e .

• Repairs performed by any facility other than Revolution Diesel without prior written

authorization.

• Vehicles used for commercial purposes unless a separate commercial warranty was

purchased.

• Any failure caused by contamination, improper fuel, lubricants, or coolant not

meeting OEM specifications.

C u s t o m e r Responsibilities

To maintain this warranty, the vehicle owner must:

1. Retain this original warranty certificate and the original repair invoice.

2. Return the vehicle to Revolution Diesel for any warranty claim.

3. Provide reasonable evidence that normal maintenance has been performed (oil

changes, fuel filter changes, etc.) in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's

r e c o m m e n d a t i o n s .

4. Notify Revolution Diesel immediately upon discovery of any suspected workmanship

defect and before any further operation of the vehicle or attempted repair elsewhere.

Claim P r o c e d u r e

1. Contact Revolution Diesel and schedule an appointment.

2. Present this original warranty certificate and the original repair invoice.

3. Allow Revolution Diesel technicians to inspect and diagnose the concern.

4. If the failure is determined to be covered under this workmanship warranty, repairs

will be performed at no labor charge during normal business hours.

Transferability

This workmanship warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners provided the new

owner presents this original certificate and the original repair invoice.

Warranty Limitations

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REVOLUTION DIESEL'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED

SOLELY TO RE-PERFORMANCE OF THE COVERED SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL

REVOLUTION DIESEL BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE

DAMAGES.
